Get TicketsHosted by artist Trueson Daugherty inside Tulsa’s iconic Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, the experience blends live music, architectural beauty, and spacious listening to mark the arrival of spring.
The morning begins with a creative salon — an open, relaxed space for conversation, connection and expression among artists, thinkers, and culturally curious members of the community.
The program features performances by Ramsey Thornton and Micaela Young, culminating in a special organ sound bath that invites deep listening and creative reset.
This is not a religious service. It is a moment to pause together to acknowledge renewal through art, sound, and shared presence.
EQUINOX is collective “New Year’s Day” ceremony celebrating light, growth, and possibility.
March 21 marks the Spring Equinox. This is the moment when day and night are equal, and light begins to overtake darkness.
For much of human history, this turning point was considered the true beginning of the year: a natural reset aligned with the rhythms of the earth rather than the calendar.

A boundary-crossing musician rooted in jazz, ambient, and sacred music. His compositions create sonic landscapes that dissolve the line between concert hall and ceremony.

The pipe organ at Boston Avenue is one of the largest and most dynamic instruments in the region.
With over 4,300 pipes, it can create sounds that are both heard and felt. The instrument activates the architecture itself, turning the entire sanctuary into a living acoustic chamber.
As the afternoon opens, the pipe organ will breathe life into the sanctuary through an extended, improvisational soundbath—layering harmonics, overtones, and silence in a living meditation.
Close your eyes. Let the resonance find you wherever you are.

Evan graduated with a Bachelors of Music in Sacred Music in 2019 from St Olaf College in Northfield, MN. Evan loves making the pipe organ come alive with its myriad colors and dynamics.
